Do I pay now?
No. Right now you order with no payment. Reserve your reading with your birth details, and we'll email you a secure payment link when we're ready to start your file. No payment, no obligation — if you change your mind, just ignore the email.
How long does it take?
3–5 business days after payment. That's the time our astrologer needs to check your file properly. We don't do rush orders.
I don't know my birth time.
We'll still make your reading — without the rising sign and houses, and we'll say so in your file. No birth time, no rising sign. Just the facts we have. Same price.
Who checks my reading?
A certified astrologer checks the calculations and the text, edits it and approves it before it's sent to you.
What happens to my data?
Your birth details are used only to prepare your reading. We never publish them, and Celeste never talks about your chart in her videos without your explicit consent. We delete your data on request. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What if I want a refund?
Once we take payment: full refund until the astrologer starts working on your file (usually within 24 hours of payment). After your reading is sent, there are no refunds — but if we made a mistake in your details or the calculation, we fix it for free.
Can I order a reading for my child?
Yes — The Cub Report (ages 0–12) and The First Assignment (ages 13–19) are ordered by a parent or guardian. Teens aged 18–19 can order The First Assignment for themselves.
