What we collect
- Contact details: your first name (or nickname) and email address.
- Birth details: date, time and place of birth — yours and, for compatibility, business and family readings, those of the other people you add.
- Optional details you choose to share, such as your line of work or a teen's interests.
- Basic usage data: which pages you open, which reading you choose, the type of device and the link that brought you here (for example, an Instagram link). We don't use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To prepare your reading and contact you about your pre-order or order.
- To understand which readings people want and improve the site.
We never sell your data. We never publish your birth details, and Celeste never talks about your chart in her videos without your explicit consent.
Other people's details
When you add a partner, a business partner or a child, please make sure you're allowed to share their details: ask your partner first, and only order for a child if you're their parent or legal guardian. For children we only ask for a first name or nickname and birth details.
Who processes your data
We use trusted service providers to run the site and prepare readings: website hosting, a spreadsheet service to store pre-orders, an email service, and an AI provider that helps write the reading (under terms that don't allow it to train on your data). A certified human astrologer who works with us sees your birth details to check your reading.
How long we keep it
- Pre-orders that don't turn into an order: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Orders: as long as needed to deliver the reading, handle questions and meet legal and accounting duties.
- Children's details: deleted 30 days after the reading is sent.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [EMAIL]. If you're in the EU, UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
You must be 18 or older to order. Readings for children and teens are ordered by a parent or guardian.
